Quick answers
How does my partner join?
After you create your shared scrapbook, your partner is sent an invite link by email. They open it on their phone and follow the steps. They can also choose “I Have an Invite Code” when they first open the app and type the code in.
I'm not getting notifications
Open Our Settings in the app and make sure notifications are turned on. Then check your phone's own settings to be sure notifications are allowed for 💕Us. You can also switch email notifications on or off in Our Settings.
How do I turn off AI captions?
In Our Settings, find AI Caption Suggestions and tap Disable. Once it's off, no photos are sent for captions. You can turn it back on any time, and you can always edit or delete a caption yourself.
How do I stop notification emails?
Every notification email ends with an Unsubscribe button. You can also turn email notifications off in Our Settings.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Our Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Delete my account. You can also do it on the web at sharedscrapbook.com/delete-account. You'll be asked to sign in and confirm.
